	When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment. 	First off I want to say great blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
